I was tiling my floor and it split right in half, now two weeks I still only have half of a fingernail. the part of it is gone right into the bed, meaning it is exposed skin, does this take it longer?

It will take a while to heal, but make sure you keep the exposed skin part clean, so you do not get an infection. Cover with a band aid if you have to. Also, to speed the growth process, Sally Hansen has this stuff called Nail growth Miracle. It increases the rate that your nail grows. I use it to try to stop biting my nails and it's pretty fast.

Dont worry.. New nail will grow n replace the old one in 2 months. But if the piece of old one s still there it'll be removed naturally but u may assist by a plucking but only ay final stage, after healing(not much painful).

U'll get natural shape n size. (may be a lil colour difference but will be ok as the new nail grows n grows.. may take 6-12 months to restore colour if it is changed... so adjust with nail polish for few months)

Dont worry.
Wil be alright.
Regards.
