To control corruption in Government, the following steps have to be taken by all the citizens of the country:-
1) Refuse to pay money to grease any body's hands.
2) Do not yourself seek to do any thing illegally. Be on the right side of law.
3) Create forums to oversee that the authorities are doing the right things and that there are no consideration demanded or paid for doing the rightful things.
4) Create awareness about the need to cleanse our system free from corrupt practises. There should be public awareness about it. Whenever any wrong doing comes to light, people should not hesitate to agitate. Such movements should be organised in every village/town/cities.
5) A total revolution is the need of the hour.

OUR state become corruption free when we people would try or when we unite with each other to end this corruption. because we are the main reason for the corruption.

Next time you vote, find out who are the incumbents, and vote against them. Fresh people come in uncorrupted, but I don't think they'll stay that way long.
BTW, I'm in favor of term limits in all levels of elected positions, not just the president's.

it takes time ... and good ruler..
there is no zero corruption..
but you it can be reduced .. even when people think they wont act to be corrupted.
