The "Till death do us part" bit rules that out

Man or woman are the part of the physical world. A ghost is the part of the spiritual world. If a ghost would be able to completely rematerialise in our plane of existence, it could be possible. But it is not possible, since a ghost is energy in fact. There is one way a spirit can "rematerialize". But these spirits are mainly demons and wraiths who use humans as hosts. In this case, it is wiser to call an exorcist than a priest. Trust me on that.

This all depends on whether the marriage can be consumated or not. I did hear a story once that spoke of a woman re-marrying the ghost of her dead husband and on their wedding night he suddenly appeared and put the willies up her!

Yes, if the ghost can sign the marriage license, or place an "X" instead of a signatures and you have two non-ghostly witnesses.

Only if he's tried to marry a cheese grater, a blind mole rat, an empty nurofen box, his own pancreatic fluid and a coal bin. Not necessary in that order. Fact!

It has been known for the spirit of someone who has crossed over or is already over there to have feelings for someone in the physical. Obviously there can be no legal binding but you can commit your self to whom and whatever you wish. Just because you haven't crossed over, you are no less of a spiritual being than they are.

Why would he want to? (I mean, really, the sex wouldn't be that great.) Ask the guy who married the Corpse Bride.
