Oh, it could be a while yet. I walked around 3cm dialated, 30% effaced for at least 3 weeks with my 2nd child. The pink show is a good sign though. Keep an eye on that and if it gets heavier or turns bright red, call the dr. immediately.
Good luck! Lots of labor vibes to you!

From personal experience, with my oldest daughter, I stayed dilated 2cm, 50% effaced, lost my mucus plug, and all of this lasted for two weeks, prior to my daughter being born. I didn't have the pink show until the morning she was born. I also had erratic contractions for those 2 weeks prior to the birth. The closer I got to the actual delivery, the closer and stronger they got. A couple days before she was actually born, I could time them 10 mins. apart., then the following day 8mins. and 45 secs. + in duration. The morning that she was actually born, I woke up at 4am with contractions 5mins. apart and lasting anywhere b/w 45 secs.- over a min. Good luck and Congrats!!

Have you starting having contractions? If not, it could be a while; especially if this is your first baby. Contractions every 5 minutes consistently for an hour is when you go to the hospital. Everyone is going to tell you this, but try to be patient, your baby will come!

it may still be a while but you don't have much left to happen! i was 3cm, 50%, no plug, & had my membranes stripped & walked around like that for 3 weeks! Don't worry, it will come!

When that happened to me in the morning (first baby), I was in the hospital that night & had my son by noon the next day.
