Is there a way to tell, if a woman has had many sexual partners by looking at his vagiana or her inner labia or ? I've been told that, if u feel lose inside the woman means she had alot of partners ?? is that true ??

Nope, sorry! Urban myth.
Usually there's a little change in size when a woman loses her virginity, but a couple of months without intercourse and that shrinks back to it's original size. Having multiple partners also doesn't make her vaginal opening any bigger.
Now take into account not all women are created equally, and some just develop with larger vaginal openings, and it's pretty obvious. The only way to know is to ask her!

No, there is no way to tell. Every women feels different. However, if she has had a child, that will stretch the muscles and could make her feel a bit "looser" than she did before childbirth. Having sex cannot stretch these muscles.
