And sometimes their chicken nuggets are CHICKEN FLAVORED by-product.

That's a lie! They actually get a lot of their beef from Australia and it's 100% certified beef, not soy. I've been eating beef all my life and you can't pass soy off on me as being beef. Although kangaroo tastes very similar, mind you.

THAT is a complete and total LIE.
McDonald's is the largest food franchise in the world, thus they are subject to the most scrutiny by FDA and the like. They would never get away with that sort of thing! They wouldn't even TRY it!!
