i have read a story about a circle which has a missing part, and it search everywhere, while it was searching a butterfly came to this circle and asked the circle to sing,.... and in the end it found its missing part but didn't want to have it, because it couldn't sing any more...... Can u tell me what is the name of the book?

i think the book is either "Where the Sidewalk Ends" or "The Missing Piece." Both are by Shell Silverstein.
