Check your windows settings. Open a Windows Explorer window and go
Tools>Folder Options then then set the browse section to open each in a seperate window....close all windows and start internet explorer again, now links should open in their own window...

Go to your control panel and click on Internet options. Then on the General tab it should ask how to display your web pages. Click on settings and read that page and click what you want to do. Then reopen your web browser and see if that worked.

You can have more than one. You will have to drag shrink each one & move them so they don't sit on top of each other. I just had 2 open at once.
