I wasn't sure what you were asking.
If you are asking about the sense of time dragging out so that 1minute feels like 10, then I can tell you about that.
A red sports car slid on wet pavement, over corrected and slammed , almost head-on into my vehicle. I was able to move down, to brace myself and I felt as if I was saying "oh, no!" very slowly. I noticed the other driver's face and that he wasn't wearing a seat belt and how many times he bounced inside his car.
I think that adrenaline gets dumped into the bloodstream and that you are able to process more details all at once.

This tells you of something of the sort has happened. Or it is something that will happen. oh that is a freaky feeling. i think its because our brain is in shock and cannot process what is happening very fast. we know that what is happening isn't right and we can't control it.
