its physically not possible. For your body to accept breast implants there needs to be existing tissue to sit in front of the implant. Also, the breast would not be able to stretch to support the implant if your a AAA. Hypothetically though, yes I would. I wouldn't go too large, a B, C cup at most. Otherwise it looks ridiculous and tacky.

No but then I am a guy. However if I was a girl yes and won't be satisfied with anything less than "DD"

Just kidding No you don't need to put yourself through that torture.Think of all the medical problems implants cause. The only ones that come out ahead with breast implants are the plastic surgeons that do them.

No. I would consider either toning exercises for my breasts or to wear more feminine/flirty tops to still give the look that I was feminine. I don't mean that in a negative way, I say that because some women that have small or no breasts usually dress a little down and don't wear bras so they look more like a tomboy. I'm sure it fits you though. A lot of celebs have very small breasts and they still look good.

Getting implants or any other kind of surgery will make you look out of proportion. You probably have somewhat of a small frame. Implants wouldn't look right with this.

For exercises...try pull ups, pushing your palms together (this helps firm them up), and try increasing your calories by 500.

This may be easy for me to say because I'm a guy, but I would not, and here's why:
Since I am a guy I can tell you that not all men are concerned with breast size. There's only so much you can do with a breast (or a pair of them)! In lieu of implants, why not spend the money fortifying your brain with a college degree? You'll be much more attractive to the right kind of guy that way!!! Further, I don't see what the attraction is for a guy to play with a bag of silicone even if it has a woman's skin stretched over it! It's not her, it's a bag!!! I'd tell him to "just go fill a balloon with water and knock yourself out, ya dumb ape!!" I say keep what ya got!!

Maybe, but if I did, i'd only go up a cup size, no more than that.

I'm a DD, and I HATE it. Honestly, they do NOT make clothes for girls who have a chest. I cant even find Bras in most stores...and when I do, theres not a great selection, the pretty bras are for the A,B,C cups. and say I find a GREAT Bra in an A , B, or C...it'll cost maybe 30 dollars ...I have to pay almost double for a DD! When they're so big, you get all sourts of back problems! I'm only 19 and my back is just KILLING ME every day becuase i'm weighed down by these damn things. I'm actually looking into a reduction because of it.

Theres other things that you can do other than implants....for example, they have those inserts that you can put in your bra. They appear to feel rubbery, they make them in skin colors, and i believe you put them sourt of under your boobs for a sourt of lift. Maybe you can try something like that before getting implants. Who knows, maybe you wont like them.

I personally am a small B. I been doing much thinking and researching on this topic. We're very fortunate to even have breasts and now we think of improving our body? Well, there are many pro's and con's. For one, this is our bodies, and this is what God gave us, we should appreciate it. However, thankfully, there are so many more technological and adavnced procedurs and items they use during surgery, it makes it less painful and more enjoyable. For example, years ago they used to only offer SIlicone. Plastic. Now, we have Sea Water Bags & many of us woman can even use our stomach fat to be transfered. Although, still being young and not that developed, I would preferably wait till I have children. Who knows what my breast can turn into? If that's the case, and they do get larger at appearance, I'll do some lifting operation instead. However, if they don't, I'm going under the knife.

The question implies you need..time to grow !!....Dont interfere with what nature has given you until you are mature enough to know for sure nature needs a helping hand...I say this because I am a breast cancer survivor..I am lucky enough to still be alive, few body parts missing, but hey! I am here...Be happy for who you are and what you have...not for who you could be and be like... (stay healthy and happy)......

Possibly, but nothing too drastic.

A friend of mine is AA, and she hasn't worn a bra since high school. (one of the benefits of being small) But she has a collection of camis to die for. She likes to say, "It ain't what ya got, but what you do with it." and believe me, she knows what to do alright.
