I guess we'll have to wait for him to keel over. He alone was responsible for causing innocent young gay teens to commit suicide and emasculate themselves in the 70s, and encouraging his followers to hate gays, by playing on the so-called "gay agenda" which is non-existant. Just because he couldn't prey on black people anymore, he turned his attention onto homosexuality, sending pamphlets and giving false sermons to his followers, building a force of hatred towards the gay community. I guess he'll get his payback when he dies and goes to hell!

There is an old saying, something like:
If you want things to change, the first step is to speak the truth.
The truth is that Jerry-boy preaches and practises the opposite of what Jesus said to do. Jerry Falwell is NOT a Christian. When enough people say so, he will go away.

I think that his delusion is based mostly on low self esteem issues. If we look at his biography, we see that he didn't graduate from his first college and then went to a bogus baptist college & now uses the 'doctor' title because of some honorary doctorates he received from bogus religious institutions. It's clear that he's always sought to bolster his sense of self by attaching to his religious thought system (which not only allows him to easily control masses of people but also allows him to buy into a delusion that his self-importance will live on for eternity). Because of his worship of the self, he will do everything and anything to maintain his leadership status which is why we see so many attacks and judgement and the use of Jesus and God as weapons in his arsenal (he's projected his own warped ego desires onto these deities and uses them as external supports for them). The only way to stop him: 1. don't treat him as a threat or anything important -- allow his fringe status (despite the number of supporters) to keep him from being taken seriously; 2. Continue supporting mechanisms that maintain religious freedom; 3. Embrace the changes in education where there's more emphasis on thinking and articulating the process (I saw math homework for kids in NJ and I was very impressed with the changes -- we just need to have courses in basic logic to be part of the grammar school curriculum).

He is a T.V. preacher what else needs to be said about him. My personal opinion of T.V. can't be put down on paper without me being picked up by homeland security as a suspected terrorist.
But in my opinion all those those High dollar high powered T.V. preachers are a pack of Charlatans, and con men. They are not real preachers.
Just don't send them any money. Give your money to the preachers who are running your local shelters for the homeless instead, or the Salvation Army, Or your church. some place the money will really do some good.

Old Jerry has been around for a long time.
He has his thing.
He chooses to belittle others, He has a following.
There are those people that love to attack other people.
Create an enemy and then get a following to give you money.
An interesting way to make a living.
The best way is to say that you are serving God.
It lends power to what you are doing.
It has been done throughout history, politically.

By doing the worst thing possible to him, ignoring him. Other than keeping an eye on his actions and exposing the hate and hypocrisy when they appear the best way to deal with him is to ignore him. He thrives on attention. Starve him of that and he will self-destruct.

Don't hate people. Just ignore them. Nothing he can say or do will hurt you. I know it, it's because I live Italy and study about human behavior. That's why poems are good too. Just write some up and you'll feel better. Even if people say they suck, it doesn't matter.

By getting people to not listen to him, but I doubt that will happen. Or if the next time he made an outrageous statement to get attention, we could just ignore him.

Hatred is not the answer. Might I suggest reading Gandhi, MLK, or the Bible? They will help you to overcome those who seek to relieve you of the rights God gave you.
