You're using VisualBoy Advance as your emulator, right? Click Cheats>Cheat List. Click either Game Shark Codes or Game Genie

I'm not familiar with any other GBA Emulators.

Don't download ROMs, it screws the economy up.

at the top it says file and stuff check all that stuff out it will be there
