Provided the alloys have the same bolt-pattern, PCD and offset as the original wheels, the tyres do not foul the wheelarches at full lock and bump, the correct bolts are used, and the effective rolling radius of the tyres remains the same, you should not have a problem with the warranty.
However, if the tyres foul the wheelarches, or the offset is different you may not be covered for failure of certain related items (e.g. suspension, body corrosion in the wheelhouses, steering), and if the tyres are significantly wider (hence harder to turn when stationary) you may not be covered for failure of the power-steering system.

More worrying at present is Insurance. Many companies are adopting the attitude that when approached woth"modifications" and that includes wheels they simply are not prepared to cover that car at all. So before you buy I would contact insurance company first

If you have any problem related to the installation of the wheels, it will not be covered by the warranty.
If you have tire pressure monitoring, or stability control, or electric power steering, it could affect the operation of those systems

The only way to be sure is ask the dealer you bought it from. You could buy alloys from them and let them fit them, then you know your OK
