It's 100% scam. You haven't entered a lottery, so why would you win one. They'll ask for a fee to process your win.
I despair that people can even think that these may be real! You don't get something for nothing in this world / if it is too good to be true, it is!

Yes I'm sure there are companies doing internet promotions in london. However emails saying you have won a lottery are almost always a scam. I have never heard of one which is not a scam.
They may ask you to phone a premium phone number or send them money. Please do not!!! just delete the email and don't give it a second thought.
