You must get a webkinz plushie becuase the code for the website is on the tag, and no, you can't just go to a random store and look at the tag because the tag is sealed into a little plastic card. You can't use another person's code either because it will say that it has already been used. My advice, if you want to get on webkinz, buy a webkinz plushie, because they are not that expensive. Look on ebay or webkinz.com, from what I've seen, they're only like 10.00.

You can't get on to Webkinz w/out a plush toy b/c they come with codes that you need when u adopt then online. Then you will be able to get on webkinz. You will also have a username and password that you make up when you adopt it. Do not buy a Webkinz without a tag on it. Hope I helped.... Let's Play on Webkinz sometime!!!

you can't get on webkinz without an actual webkinz or lil'kinz plushie because they have a secret code attached to them, and when you buy it you get to take the code out and register on webkinz.com.

because the "plushies" come w/ a code that you have to type in to join, otherwise you cant play

I don't know...............Yes I do well, You need the secret code on the tag to get in the website so your outta luck if you don't have a pet with a code really all you need is the secret code!
