Which airline is best for travelling from UK to USA?

Whoever told you it's 14 hours has misinformed you. Even London to LA is not that long. Are you perhaps doing the timezone conversions wrong? Personally I wouldn't fly with my dogs - I've heard too many stories about pets dying in the holds of aircraft, especially in hot weather. Stub-nosed dogs like pugs and bulldogs are also especially susceptible, which is why Air Canada, for instance, now refuses to take some breeds. You might consider UK to NYC or Boston, and then on to Tucson. Each flight should only be approx 6 hours.

BA have just slashed their prices to the USA. A new airline called ZOOM UK have just started up from London Gatwick, their first flights are in April/May but they will be big competition to the likes of BA and Virgin.

I've used Northwest Airlines, very cheap and reliable. My sister flies more frequently and prefers American.

I usually fly KLM to Schipol and then Northwest to USA.
Its a means of transport and, so far, they have got me there.
Like getting on a bus, but longer delays...lol

I've flown on Virgin Atlantic and it was a great experience and my cousin always flys on British Airways.

British Airway´s great service and great flight´s all the Staff on these flight´s are 1st class they make you feel welcome
