I wish people would get it through their heads...the 16th amendment was never ratified!! And if you think you should pay income tax...try reading the 861 tax code!!! people that spew ignorance does no good for anyone. Do you homework people. No where can anyone prove it is legal for the government to collect income tax.

the sixteenth amendment was never ratified and the supreme court even ruled that the 16th ammendment even if ratified properly still did not give the government the right to tax a persons income. It also states in the constitution that money should only be made by the government. well our government gave that right away to the the federal reserve which is not a federal bank, we are being charged interest by this private company for them to make our money, when the house of represenatives has the power to do it on their own.

Thanks! Some of us do know, and I have already seen the documentary that you posted a link to. It is very good, and I believe that it is absolutely true. There are some who have never heard about it, and others who have heard, and don't believe. However, despite the illegality of the Federal Reserve and the income tax, these people are evil, and ruthless, and the act of rebellion has to be handled in a well though out, and methodical way! Any one who wants to, must do tons of research, and get all the advice you can from people you know who have actually done it!!!!

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
but go ahead and refuse to pay it... like the owner of my company did, not only did he have to pay his taxes with penalties, but was additionally fined and thrown in jail for 6 months.
just to add, this was man in his mid to upper 70's

Well, I see from your spelling of the word "labour" that you're NOT an American....we spell it "labor." Only Brits and Europeans spell it the way you did.
