You need a talent agency.
Like N.T.A (national talent agency)
sometimes they will come to you after you are selected.
If you can't find them then you want to try to find an agency
closer to home.
Good Luck its a tough business

It's mighty tough to find an agent if you're a small-town kid.

I think your best bet is to keep pursuing acting through college. If that feels too far away right now, then start looking for programs that interest you--it'll give you hope and help you to feel you're accomplishing something on your own behalf.

College will give you both the training and the contacts you need to begin building a career. Until then, it sounds like you're doing exactly the right thing by participating in as much as you're able at your school.

You might also ask your theatre and music teachers for their ideas. They are your experts on your local arts scene.

Hang in there! Good luck!

Get an Actors Guild card. (Find you local Actors Guild online) It's the only LEGAL way to have speaking roles. Then get a headshot of yourself, make about 20 copies, and send to diffrent agencies. Hope someone picks you!
