not at a toll free number but at normal numbers. wat could be the reason. as its good for me and the credit is not deducted afterwards, the call goes totally free. while normally as the call is on the credit is being dedcted.

depends on the time of day or night and the pan you started up with even though it is pay as you go you may have 100 free weekend minutes. If you are under 1 minute it may also be free.

Well, as long as the call doesn't violate any local, State, Federal or International laws, you shouldn't be charged... :)
