Try mega-search
gives you a choice of sites that do the cover you want !
CDcovers is also a great site but is part of mega-search . They also have some good forums on anything to do with dvd and cd from covers and such to encoding !

use cdcovers.cc its so straight forward to use and produces fab inserts and front covers for all dvds and cds
