the 1st guy was totally wrong, cause maybe noone on the yankees does it, but Carlos Guillen does, and so does former Yankee Gary Sheffield, and Manny Ramirez does, and Sean Casey, Magglio Ordonez, David Ortiz, Travis Hafner and many others still do today, but anyone on the NYY right now noone I can think of does

To my knowledge,not on the field. Major League Baseball has a policy aimed at kids and tobacco,therefore players refrain from use on the field. Not to mention the Yankee players better do what mean old George tells them!! George abides by this policy.

The only Yankee that I can positively say chews tobacco is (although he's no longer a Yankee) Jared Wright.

Most baseball players dip tobacco, not chew it. But probably have the team does it, and I know for sure Giambi does because he always has a lip in when batting. Look closely next time and you would be surprised how many guys dip

Not sure, I know back in the 90's chewing tobbaco was banned from the minors to try to get rid of it in the majors. There are still players who chew, but not nearly as many as in the 80's & 90's.

What do you talking about? Chewing tobacco while being a sportstar? That is like 1920's and stopped before even the 40's so no one has done it for like 60 years so why would any active ballplayer be chewing tobacco?
