i cant really remember the name of it
1st there was a group of people with special vehicles, one of them have a car that can fly, there was a motorcycle as well and many more.
2nd there was boy with a special ring, he has a car that have a saw attach to it i think.
3rd i think is something like starship sheriff

The first sounds alot like M.A.S.K. It was about people who had cars and bikes that changed into things like planes and subs and helicopters. The others don't sound to familiar to me.

First one sounds like M.A.S.K. The second one sounds like Jayce & The Wheeled Warriors. The 3rd one: Bravestar, maybe?
