Urban lifestyle is generally more suited to younger age groups, as there is the opportunity of a well paid, skilled job. There is also frequent public transport for those people who work far from their homes. The rural lifestyle is more suited to an older audience as the mood and feeling is more relaxed with fewer people, thus making it easier to move about. Housing is also generally cheaper. There arn't nearly as many job opportunities and so this will attract retired pensioners. Hope this helped Good luck Chris
