not exactly like costco or sams .. but there is Smart and Final (the smaller, faster warehouse store)

all of them will require u do have a membership, but sometimes sams will give a pass to let u in with out a card, look for them on newspaper ads or on the website

I don't live in Mesa, I'm in Glendale, but Smart & Final stores are similar. You'll just need to see if there's one near you.

I much prefer Costco though

why don't u just get a membership? my mom has one (the gold one at costco u get 2% back) and shes gets over the 100 a year it costs to get! but its thats not for you walmarts simmilar (u do have one right?)
