i would advertise in the major web engines like hotjobs, etc and also in foriegn newspapers online where you want to go...ex, sydney news herald for australia, etc.

Having 14 years of experience why do you want to leave India and go for abroad jobs? Nowadays Indian companies are on par with foreign companies. Lakshmi Mittal, Ratan tata, Birla are the examples. Indian companies equally pay the same as you spend there at abroad. Be at home country and enjoy being with friends, parents and family. With your qualification and exp. you are sure to get a well paid job at India itself. Try, try, and try. Don't get dejected by just two or three obstructions.
