I have always tried to wear something a little nicer than what I think the interviewer will be wearing. If you think he/she wears jeans and boots to work, maybe you should try a dress shirt and khakis. If he wears slacks and a tie, you add a sport coat. Good luck with it. Remember, first impressions are very important.

Jeans and a nice shirt sound good. You are applying for a job in a horse barn, you will be wearing jeans and a t-shirt to work. The interviewer knows this. Don't sweat it.

I wish I asked this Question on Thursday. I just had an Interview,
it was to work at a boat yard, doing the gel repairs. I wore smart clothes which I brought the day before, as the interview went well at the end I asked how did I get on iin this iinterview as I'm not one for Interviews, was I ok? the boss replied I was abit shocked you were not wearing shirt & trousers, I replied I was going to wear that but I didn't want to come across like I'm not a hard worker & I don't like to get dirty. He said you always wear shirt & trousers for an interview no mater what... I find out monday iif I get the job!
hope this may help you....

The objective of an interview is to convince the employer that you will be able to fulfill the organizational needs and fit into the company culture. Certain steps taken by you will definitely help you create a better impression on your interviewer. Update your resume , prepare for the interview questions , research the company and dress appropriately for the job . More details and information at http://www.precv.com/
