The word Geisha is Japanese often confused with Chinese.

Geisha is the name of film based on the life / lives of a Geisha, a Japanese name to describe a lady who accepts payment for favours.

Some would say the name Geisha describes a high class prostitute, although this is not necessary the case, there is evidence that some Geisha's were not high class and some were mere employees without a say in their income.

I think the film is US made.
