Perhaps we should all behead the infidel photographers as they attempt to force their way into our homes, (if your fortunate to have one) and remove this image they seem to have of us that we will take this crap lying down. I mean, if they pick on defenceless pensioners for refusing to pay council tax, lets give them something serious to be sent down for. Start vigilante groups against this evil idea, they instigated neighbourhood watch, lets watch for them and pour boiling oil on them, the government are barking mad.

It would be somewhat ill advised to assume that you could off an "agent" of any government under some "protecting your rights" scenario and not be sent directly to the terminal ward of the nearest Federal facility !!
If a person has a grievence with any action of the government they have the right to protest like hell and publize the actions loud and clear for all to hear and very little else--- because --- catch this--- you can't even "bring suit" against the Federal government WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION !!!! How's that for an interesting sidebar info session !!

I would Imagine that assumption is incorrect. Even if you were allowed to treat them as an intruder (which I would doubt) then you would only be able to use the minimum force necisary to protect your property. I think you would have a difficult time arguing in court that the minimum force needed to repell someone tasked by the authorities to take pictures of your home has resulted in thier death!

You can't kill to protect your home, in fact if the guy even trips over your rug you will get sued!
What I have is three rather large and loud dogs, you will find that people don't come into your house often. Unless these dogs lick you to death they are perfectly harmless, but nobody needs to know that!

The photographer better have a warrant to enter premisis before entering my humble abode. That's just about the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Isn't that bordering on the edge of "invasion of privacy"???
