Ladies, if you were to have a baby, would your man let you have a say in naming him or her?

Yes I would.Naming a child should be a shared decision between the parents.

Our first son, I had the name picked out every since I was a child myself. Our second child, another boy, I was very ill and so my husband picked out several names and we chose one together, our third child, another boy, my mother picked out the name because I could not think of another boy name I liked and the husband was too disinterested to even be there when he was born.

Yes I did. It wouldn't feel right if we both didn't like the names. Fortunately for me my husband loved the name I suggested from the beginning, even though he was suspicious it was because I had a crush on Brad Pitt at the time (my son's name is Troy).

Hell yes. Especially if he was my husband. That baby isn't just "mine." Both of us created her/him. That's just selfish to even think of not including the father in the naming of a child.

Of course. My former husband named our second daughter. Plus, he gave our first daughter her middle name. I think both should share in all parts of having children, even changing the diapers. LOL ~~~~
