First off, that's not necessarily true, but you may find that to be more the case if you are in High School.'

Generally, by the time people are out on their own, they have gotten their fair share of knocks off their high horse and humbling experiences to make them more compassionate to those without and see less of the exterior and more of what else someone has to offer.

If they don't, well, then those people are doomed to stay as*holes forever,
and really, the loss is theirs.

I know some people who never really "graduated" high school emotionally and believe me, it's sad,
because their looks eventually go anyway, and well, like I said, the jerk remains.

...and when you're a jerk, but you are now fat, old and ugly, you're wishing that others would give you the time and compassion which you never gave.
