You can do two things to overcome this.
First articulate your thoughts by writing them in your diary.
Do write simple sentences. Select a song or a piece of writing that describes you aptly or is close to that.
Next, have an honest down to earth friend or a relative, and then give vent to your feelings.
You can express yourself through the blogs.

Get to know the other person's communicative patterns.
If you are interested enough in keeping good communication, you must follow his pattern somehow. You must adjust.

If the problem persists, ask yourself if there is no communication problem, but a relationship problem and proceed accordingly.

Figure out WHY you have the problem - is it with a particular person, or just with people in general? Your question needs some clarification.

find other conversants who are willing to exchange open and honest communications. do not waste your time with those who are not willing to do this.
