What kind of tortoise, what size, and where are the lumps located?

hey i have two tortoises too.
do you keep your tortoises in a box or an area which is not outside, does not have earth or mud there and no plants.
these are called abscesses....and they often occur as lumps.
i would recommend you to build a little fence area of about 5 m wide and put some plants in it and believe after a while the lumps will disappear.

if they already live in outside...then i don't really know. =S
