Firefly in 2000 his entire platform was against lobbyist in Washington. He beat Bush in New Hampshire in a landslide.

Hence the Republican lobbyist brought out the big money guns in the following states against him. So your point is without merit.

Yes, I think it would be a great help to hold them accountable for what they say versus what they do. My opinion, Senator McCain's chances are slim. He needs for the Iraq conflict to still be happening to make him a relevant candidate and if it is, he then runs the very real threat that Americans won't vote for someone still supporting the conflict.

OK, here is the first sentence:

"As president, John McCain will work to ensure that money spent by Congress, and contributed by hardworking American taxpayers, is used wisely and prudently on legitimate national priorities, not squandered on wasteful pet projects and special interest earmarks."

I wouldn't call this specific at all. This means that the president will decide, AFTER he's elected and the only people he has to answer to are lobbyists, he can decide what is "prudent" and "legitimate".
The rest of the page is similarly vague.
