I do believe in the after life, in the form of eternal life with Christ, our Lord. I was always taught to believe in that since my childhood. But in adulthood I have witnessed things that verify the fact that we do go to be with Christ when we die. My father was a very devout man of God and a wonderful person, my best friend, as was my mother. Several years ago, he had a severe stroke and was near death in the hospital. He was paralyzed on one half of his body from the stroke and could not talk or make facial expressions. He could not eat or swallow and had trouble breathing. I was sitting with him one day and all of a sudden he got a huge smile on his face, held both of his arms up with hands raised up towards the ceiling. His eyes were open and looking upward in the direction of his hands. At this very moment, he passed away, smile still on his face. And his arms dropped suddenly down beside his body on the bed. I witnessed God taking my daddy by his hands and leading him into the gates of Heaven. What a blessed moment! My mother was also a good christian woman. She died in the hospital having a hip replacement surgery. She was on life support for about three days and she looked very miserable and unhappy. Several months prior to her unexpected surgery, she has asked me to be her living will advocate which meant she didn't want to be kept alive in any situation such as the one we were now confronted with. So after three days, I finally told the nurses of my mother's wishes and had the life support disconnected. Her passing was very quick after that. When I went to view her at the funeral parlor, her face was radiant and she had a smile on her face. She looked the best I had seen her look in many years. I have no doubt she is now, and was at that moment, in the presence of God. All the stress from this life was gone from her face and she looked fresh and new and happy. It all goes along with what I believe about where I too will go when my eternity begins. I am glad you are really interested in knowing more about such things as these. These are the truths of God and will bring you joy with the good times, knowledge for the troubled times, and all the strength you will need to get through ANY time. If you don't know God already, please get to know Him and ask Him to guide you throughout this life and into the next as He did with my wonderful parents. What a way to go!

you are able to rather make the argument that it is nonetheless existence no remember if it is growing to be in a woman's physique or no longer. The legal debate grew to become into on no account rather approximately whilst existence starts off. In a technical sense, definite, existence starts off at concept. the concern is that the presence of *existence* does not morally compel us to override a woman's suitable to confirm the destiny of her own physique. The Roe determination reported that formerly viability a fetus isn't viewed a *individual.* For that remember, a recommendations lifeless individual is now no longer a *individual* this is why we can ethically get rid of a feeding tube from somebody who continues to be human, yet recommendations lifeless. the guy is long previous. For a fetus, it on no account started out.

Yes, there is an after life. It is called Heaven. It is told about in the last Book of the New Testament, called Revelations. Read that book and it will tell you what heaven is like. We walk on streets of Gold.
God is our Light, there is no darkness there, and no more crying, etc. read it.
It is great reading.
My friend died and went there and came back alive. She told us all about it. It was so great, that she did not want to come back to earth.

My partner of 7 yrs recently died unexpectedly. I woke up that night at about the time he died, so did my son. We both heard a cab and I went to open the door for him. This was 4am. There was no one there. That was when he died. I felt him like he was next to me for many weeks after. I am not religious at all. But can now safely say there is no way there is "nothing". He is still with me.

yes, my Dad died years ago, when my daughter was born, she used to look over my shoulder as i held her and giggle, at the same time, i felt a tickle on that shoulder. When my next daughter was born, she was big enough to stand, it was 5am, all asleep I hear her laughing, i try to ignore it for a min. she said papa, and giggles, i sat up to look at her, she was pointing out towards the hallway and laughing, at the same time my tv turns itself on. maybe it sounds stupid and insignificant, but at the time it felt weird and real, I believe in afterlife and heaven, and i think, what have we got to lose? if theres nothing, at least we had comfort in our time of need.
