Congratulations on your promotion. There will always be "haters." Ignore the person's saltiness. If s/he doesn't do the job you assigned, give warning through the proper company policy/protocol. Document EVERYTHING.
Don't let this person steal your joy! God has elevated you because you deserved it in his sight! Be fair and honest and plesant. Follow company policy. That is your best insurance against petty people. Know that this comes with the territory for supervisory positions and do your job well. You'll be elevated again and the salty can't do a thing to thwart you unless you play their games. Don't buy into it.

Well congratulations on your promotion! Its always tuff to take the lead promotion when you have individules who didnt make that cut and they feel they were much more qualified
to take the lead promotion instead.
However , Id lay it on the line with them. With no appology whats so ever Id say," I hope you have no animosity towards me?" If Im promoted to a higher position then I will recomend the person that works for me into my position." If that doesnt do the trick with them then those people always weed themselves out of a job anyways.
Its always amazing how someone that doesnt come to work , doesnt do their job, or is always in drama of their personal life thinks they are entitled to a job promotion above and beyond the person who follows the rules, shows up for work on time, follows through with job assingments. Look at it like this March isnt to far off and I always have a saying," It wont be like that forever!"

Being passive or aggressive - neither artwork relatively. What defuses all destructive circumstances is humour. Jokingly respond 'Yeah, vast time, with a bit of luck my mum is gonna get me yet another merchandising quickly'. in the event that they have even 0.5 a innovations cellular, they're going to understand you're basically joking and so removes the stress, makes you sense extra desirable and subtly expresses the view which you think of the theory that your mum made you get a merchandising is ridiculous.

Talk with your boss. The "person" in question is the one with the problem. Hold your head up and represent the position with pride and honor! Your superior seems to think you have earned it...so why should you feel any different. What exactly is this "person" doing that is bothering you? If there is a Human Resource person in the company, that's another avenue to follow.

Thats jealousy ok.. sign of an insecure individual.
You're obviously a nice person if this individual feels they can bully you.
Tell you exactly what to do.. ask them ,nicely, IF they have a problem with you in front of other people.
They'll more than likely say No ,why?
Again nicely outline the things they are doing that led you to believe this..all the time smiling sweetly, in a calm voice, maintaining eye contact.
IN front of other staff.
They'll get the idea.
Let me know how u get on with this saddo!

First off, be sure to keep personal and business separate. No matter what you think of them as a person, your only concern in the workplace is how well they perform their job, which includes working as a team with others. Second, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! If this person is rude, abrasive, or makes doing others' jobs difficult, make written notes of it. Remember to CYOA- Cover Your Own A$$! If it is a serious problem, you will be prepared. If not, it will work out and go away!

Be respectful always. You don't have to do anything but your job. You haven't said anything specific. You may just be FEELING too much. When I speak to an annoying person, I just think of them as naked. That neutralises everything. If she is disrepectful, then you have cause for action. Take it to the proper people, in writing.
