Viewing YouTube videos for the time being doesn't cost anything. But I won't be surprised if later on it does as it's growing at a very rapid rate.

no, there is no cost to viewing videoes in youtube u first signup in the youtube (which is totally free of cost) then after enjoy viewing videoes.
