I'm an american and I would like to say USA Soccer is better; howerver, Mexican Soccer has been more consistent through the years. Always present in the World Cup. Advancing to the Second round all the time. But the USA has been beating them constantly, which is good. This summer the Copa America has both MExio and the good ol' USA playing alongside the powerhouses; Argentina and Brazil. I think that's when we'll see who really is better.

Lately the US national team has been winning more games against Mexico. Mexico is still unbeatable at Azteca. Of course In Mexico soccer is a much bigger sport than in the USA.

Frankly, I wish the two teams would play down the rivalry and enjoy the competition. Both national teams desperately need increased competition to take it to the next level. Right now, USA v Mexico is the best competition each of us has. I'd like to see the "bitterness" taken out of the rivalry. Both teams would benefit.

Even though USA won the last match, Mexico are the better team. The players are more skilled and have played at a higher level domestically than the USA team.
