not sure about your state, but I dont believe condoms are a regulated product. in my state condoms are supplied to teenagers through the planned parenthood program, free of charge

Thankfully, I don't think there are any laws that would restrict anyone from buying condoms. After all, you're not buying something illegal, you're buying something that will help prevent unwanted pregnancy and/or STDs. If you want to buy some, you can get them at CVS or other pharmacies in the medicine section, like where all the band-aids are. They're pretty cheap, probably no more than $3.00.

Even better, if you don't want to pay any money, your school might give them out for free. At my high school, they encouraged people to ask for condoms and actually gave everyone a free condom one day in class. Just ask your health teacher or guidance counsellor and they should be glad to give you some.

No, back in the 80's there was a move for abstinence among teenagers, so law makers passed a law making it impossible to sell condoms to minors, I dont remember if it was nation wide or not. There thought was that without protection children would be smart enough not to have sex.

Then teen pregnancy sky rocketed, and they realized this was a ridiculous plan.

Now days anyone can buy condoms.

No, there is no law restricting the selling of condoms to a minor if that is what you mean. Go to a gas station or a corner store, they will have them there.

No restrictions and buy the kind that glow in the dark because they're a lot of fun.

Yes you can and I encourage you if your gonna have sex to use them but I would implore you to wait for that special young lady or man before you do so as being able to give to that special someone your most inner person, your virginity is the most precious gift you can give to your partner.

Anyone can buy condoms. They're to be safe. They can't keep you from safety. Anyone that tells you otherwise, obviously has no idea what they're talking about.

well you may not be able to buy them but in every state there is a teen day where you can go to the health department and ask for a brown paper. but the best thing about it is your parents don't have to know.
