You only feel dizzy when you eat? NOt before? Keep a log of this. Write down everytime you feel dizzy and what you did before that and what you are eating. AFter you have some documentation of what you are doing and eating, take this to your Dr. for help and advice. This will greatly help your Dr. in determining any trigger points. Good luck.

First things first, go to the doctor. You don't want to be delaying if this is something serious. I used to have dizzy spells too and I started freaking out. I went to the doctor and he did like a full physical with full blood test. Everything was fine. The dizzy spells went away on their own. Sometimes when dizzy spells don't stop, the doctor may want to do a CT Scan of your brain to make sure everything in there is ok. But don't worry, yours could be a mild case of stomach flu or something like that. But get a second opinion by the doctor so you can rest easy.

Is it only when you are eating? When I was pregnant, I would get dizzy before I ate sometimes... and turned out I was slightly anemic, so I had to take iron pills. I would get to the point sometimes where I felt like I was going to pass out... but taking the iron pills helped so much! Not sure if this is the case for you though. Good luck!

Am not a medic, but it could be that your stomach is getting activated and more blood is diverted to that area, therefor the brains get a little less blood (and oxygen) which causes you getting dizzy. Maybe you need some more iron as well. Bon appetit!

It means all the blood rushes into your stomach (and there's not enough oxygen supply in your brain).
This might happen because it has been a long time since you last ate, or because you eat too fast, or both.
Happens to me sometimes when I am sooo hungry and eat too fast.

as I had experienced it and my doctor's explaination is because of you are too hungry and your mind already controlling your body since your body is too weak
