Pokemon is not one of the other Japanese catoons that has silly stuffs and still it does teach us something and has being going on for some time.Shin chan is a funny series but it has it's effects and lots of the children have started to imitate him and they are getting out of hand of the parents.Shin chan should be watched for it's funny side and not for the bad part.Every thing has a positive and negative side and so does the Shinchan series.Pokemon is something that provides great excitemant,so why should it be banned?pokemon does not possess an unhealthy side,so you can watch it without any tension.The world would be a bad place for pokemon fans like me and shinchan fans if they are really Banned,so to be on the safe side,do not watch a cartoon or any show if you do not like it and about newspapers,look they want to create issues to obtain your opinion and it is an undeniable fact that media is biased.
In short ,I would say Please don't ban anything that you do not feel comfortable about for many people would enjoy that thing.If you are not comfortable,then don't watch it And don't get biased by the newspapers.

I don't know about Shinchan; I've never watched it. But people have been saying that Pokemon should be banned since I was 10, and I'm 18 now! Pokemon hasn't been banned yet, and it never will be. People have always hated Pokemon and always will. But only if the crackpots takeover the country (religious crackpots). As for my opinion, there are far worse things like drugs or sex that ten-year olds could be doing instead of watching cartoons or trading cards or beating on a Gameboy all day.

no they shouldn't be banned. Pokemon has nothing wrong with it at all, Shinchan, sure can be rude at times......but a lot of people find it amusing....so it wouldn't be nice to take away what those people enjoy. I don't really watch Shinchan (only sometimes) but I love pokemon.

Assuming this is for the very young audience:
With Shinchan I'd say a big YES(shows bad moral example to kids)
With Pokemon I haven't seen an episode which is morally disturbing so I'd say a no...

But of course adults can watch both,so they could just move the timeslots to later times...

talking abt pokemon,,,there's nothing very bad inside it which can lead to its ban.it is a clean cartoon show and much poular.

talking abt shinchan,,i get into a dillematic situation,, onone side it is funny,,but on the otherside,,watching it with family is shameful.
