Just out of curiosity, when guys look around is it anything at all to do with their girlfriend/wife? Is there a way in which women could behave or something they could do to prevent it? If you ask guys to stop it feels like a restriction from doing something that they feel comes naturally, and thus causes arguments.
Or does looking keep a relationship healthy, and so it's best to encourage it? Thanks

Gouge out their eyes. All guys are going to look. It's natural and a scientific fact. But as long as you have trust and love each other, I wouldn't be worried about it. It's not like they are doing anything physically. And you ladies look too, so don't just blame it all on us.

My looking at other women assures my wife i'm not dead. And her looking at other men assures me she's still got a desire. We never argue about it, it does just come naturally. I think trying to prevent it is a waste of time.
Of course, there are insecure ppl who will be offended by their mates looking at others but that's really their own problem. And we must all remember that beauty is only skin deep and there is a lot more to a person than physical attractiveness.

there is no way from stopping a guy look at other women and same is true when its the girls!!!
lookink or speaking or maintaining healthy n friendly relationships is very natural.... the only problem arises if your hanging out with some one who's very kiddish and narrow minded....looking should not mean cheating your girl...

I always thought it was funny when my husband looked at other women. He acted like a teenager when he did it and it was very amusing. It was just part of who he was. He didn't try to hide it, all guys do it. But he also told me a lot that he thought I was beautiful and sexy. Try to see some humor in the situation, that is the best way to deal with it.

I never thought about it actually. I would think my husband was not healthy if he didn't look and then I would feel bac when Iooked at a good looking guy. It is natural...not something we can stop.

If he looks when your with him... it's a sign of disrespect... communicate that to him, there should be no argument. If he does argue, 1.) he's immature 2.) he doesn't respect you. 3.) he's too self involved to care about your feelings.
He can look and twist his neck all he wants when he's by himself or with the guys... but when he's with you there should be no question that he's with you because all others pale by comparison. If he can't grasp that concept... you definitely deserve to find a man that can.

Do you look at guys when they walk by? I'm sure the answer is yes. It is perfectly normal for a guy to look. If he hoots, hollers, and pounds his fists against the walls, you have the right to hit him upside the head.

Put blinders on them like they do to horses to keep them looking straight ahead, and stop being so insecure.
