So, 'no matter how bad the crime' we allow people opportunity to change?
serial child molestors and killers, serial rapists?
how would you feel if you gave a serial killer one more chance to change and he found your child and did dispicable things to your child, sister, brother mother, niece?
How would that make you feel?

Capital punishment by hanging should be made compulsory for:
1) Gang Rape.
2) Brutal Murder
3) Misuse of Funds by Politicians.
4) Misguiding the innocent people in the name of God
5) Exploiting the young minds by making them to search for easy and Short cut life _Indian Film.
6) All the corrupted Govt. Officials.
7) From Pick pocket to Hard Core terrorist.
8) My list will go on....

I used to believe that Capital Punishment was a great deterrent...and a way to keep down senseless tax dollars being spent on worthless human beings.
Today, my views are different. I don't believe that, as men, we have the right to decide who will live and die - no matter how despicable the individual and their crime. Taking a life for taking a life is hypocritical to me...although I clearly understand the difference between the two.
I realize that my views are not terribly popular, and you won't find me battling this one out any time soon. I accept others for how they feel, and I don't use my arguments to beat anyone else over the head.
Thou Shalt not Kill...couldn't be more simple than that...

If any individual is found guilty of any heinous crime against any another individual or community or society at large beyond doubt by the highest judicial court in the country;And the opinion of the masses of the country is also in the favour of such judgment; Then capital punishment is the most suitable way. to show your anger against such criminals. God has given life to every individual living being on this planet to live freely and peacefully, so no one should commit any heinous crimes.

Capital punsihment does not mean hanging. Is the execution of someone after being convicted of a crime and sentence to death.
I don't know of any reason why it would be necessary. A country (government?) can run without using capital punishment. That does not mean that they should not use capital punishment it just means they don't have to.

How can you give capital punishment to a country.
we have been thinking about the eradication of capital punishment towards all criminals from all countries .
But there are occassions where one needs to be more concerned on the response of criminals on removing such rules. surely this will make them more dangerous. hence it is better to reserve capital punishment for some of the most heinous crimes

a lot of people judge a country by its capital, and this is the one that in a way re another represents the country. When on a Russian channel a news on US is presented, the images or Washington DC are shown and not of LA or NY

No...only the creator has the right to destroy....Instead of Capital punishment one can choose other means like Life imprisonment.

It is a necessary evil. It is a deterrent against heinous crime being committed. Otherwise, criminals after committing a crime for their bosses would be happy to spend their life in jail in luxury with the help of corrupt jailers.

what will u do if any animal tries to kill u or what if it repeatedly assaults you or what if it never allows you to live your own life.
forget you may be a different kind of living being but what about others like us. how can we allow persons like u to take charge of others like us.because only you can forgive any one for the wrong things that happens to you by any one.you cannot decide others' fate by forgiving such acriminal being whom the law of the country thinks not fit for living..kill him , i say kill him for he deserves only death do not spare for if you spare you will repent once again .even if you alone would repent we dont mind forgiving him but what about we people. how can you decide our part.
