i mean, which cities(except the metros) have good schools???

It has nothing to do with cities.
You have to study hard. Find a good teacher who can explain what you did not understand. Get other books for Support or extra reading. Keep answering Q papers and time yourself.
In bigger cities, you can get competition. But study, anywhere.

Varanasi has got some really good schools like sunbeam,st.johns etc. or u can even try in noida and Allahabad

My city (PUNE) is one of the best apart from metros for education....... So U can definately give it a thought.........

i would have requested you Hyderabad, there are plenty there, but you said no metros, warangal & vizag in Andhra pradesh, kanpur & pune in maharashtra..But my opinion apart from good school, it depends on your own performance...

kanpur is a very good place for studies as in class eleventh , u have to go for coachings and kanpur is the best place for IIT coachings . and very good schools r also there like DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL ,PURANCHANDRA,V.S.E.C,SIR PADAMPAT SINGHANIA etc.
