what color of shoes would look good with a purple formal dress?

Strappy silver or black. Purple is a cool color, believe it or not, so cool silver would match. They have some cool silver shoes at DSW or places like that.

as a matter of fact i was just at the goodwill the other day and they actually had purple dress shoes there! but i would look there first for any color cuz they have different styles that department stores dont have and its a whole lot cheaper! as far as color goes... just go try a whole bunch on and take a group of friends then choose the pair that gets the most votes between you and your friends! heck, just walk around the mall (take your dress with you) and ask total strangers... they always have the most honest opinions! good luck!

pink shoes will be slightly a lot. And reckoning on the colour of pink, black would look a touch stark. My maximum ideal advice is come across a impressive pair of silver shoes. they are going to tournament and also you'll placed on them with yet another outfit too.
