i gona play band and i got the clarinet so i wondered do any boys play it

in my high school band, one of the best clarinet players was a guy. it's a great instrument. i played contra-bass clarinet in concert band... but that might not be an option for you yet. have fun! being in band was my MOST favorite thing about school. i really miss it.

Playing the clarinet does not mean you are gay lol There was a boy in my middle school class that played the flute (he was the only boy), he didn't play it to meet other girls, he played it because he enjoys it. And he is 100% not gay

i've not learned reed instuments,, i hear its all basically the same fingering,,,Sax, Clarinet, Oboe etc.......... and i do absolutely dig the Clarinet,, what a tone !!!,, listen to some Benny Goodman,, he was a mainstream big band leader and played it well,,, so to answer yes boys, men,, play the Clarinet,, and to me ,,,,,,, Clarinet is cool

I know a couple dozen guys who play clarinet. It's not "uncool" or anything.
