How can I convert a .dll file to its source code?

you cant! the best you can do is get a HEX viewer to view the actual compiled code, or decompiler which will only give you the assembly language of the code. neither will help in understanding it much, unless you know assembly very well.

It might be possible to convert it into assembly code, but decompiling someones code goes against copyright law
