Does anything happen if I beat the league a certain amount of times? And does anyone know how to make finding rare pokemon easier?

No, you just keep battling the Elite 4 and nothing changes. The rares, Serebii.net has the locations and ways to get the rares like Deoxy, jirachi, latios, latias etc.

no nothing happens once you beat the elite 4. To find rare pokemon (for example Latios and Lotios) when they are moving pokemon you have to look on the pokedex and predict where they are going. If you find them you need to use a master ball on the pokemon. Note: It is very difficult

nope, just keep going. Rare pokemon, do you have Groundon?Regis?Raquaza? Latios? That's all the rareys.
