I assume by breath you mean the width
If you have the perimeter and the length then
P -2L = 2Breath
ex. perimeter = 20 length = 8
20 -2(8) = 2B
4 = 2B
2=B

Breath(B) = Width(W)
We know that:
Perimeter(P) = 2*[ Length(L) + Width(W) ]
then:
1/2(P)=L+W
1/2(P)-L=W
rewrite:
W=1/2*P-L or
Breath= half Perimeter - Length

Width = Breath
Let
150 = Perimeter
90 = Length
- - - -
Perimeter formula
P = 2L + 2W
150 = 90 + 2W
150 - 90 = 90 + 2W - 90
60 = 2W
60 / 2 = 2W / 2
60 / 2 = W
30 = W

Don't worry, it is easy. Here is how it can be solved.
Let us assume notation P for perimeter, L for length and B for breadth.
Then, P (perimeter) = (2x L) + (2x B)
Putting it in another way, 2B = P - 2L
and finally B = (P - 2L) / 2.
Hope this helps you, friend!

P is Perimeter, L is length, B is Breadth.
P = 2*L + 2*B
P - 2*L = 2*B
B = (P - 2*L) / 2
