7.Teacher and students' absenteeism ; Both not being punctual
8.Neglect (both at home and school) -lack of motivation from home, school and society)
9.Ineffective teaching methods, teacher preparedness and Teacher qualifications (Ignorance of teaching methods, teachers failing to write Lesson Plans and not being trained to teach. Also,teachers failing to give and mark homework )
11.Test anxiety and children's ignorance of Test wiseness(Some children are afraid of test and do not know how to to treat questions that seem difficult.They sometimes spend too much time on such questions. Instead, they could tick them off, complete the others and then return to those problematic ones.)

Usually is because of bad parents who take no interest in education of child. Parent should work with each child for 1 hour each night after school to ensure child learns. Failure of parent to do this basic duty = failure of child.

main reason for that is lack of concentration,. some children while studing look here & there so they cannot achiev concentration on studies.
