No. I rather read a book first and then see the movie based on that book and compare them. I like it when the scenes in the movie is just like I had seen it in my head when reading the book. Make sense? Still half asleep here.

Yeah, I do it a lot. I recently bought V For Vendetta and A Scanner Darkly after seeing the film versions.

sometimes, most of the time though, i find myself reading a book and then watching the movie based on it, instead of the other way round. i'm a bookworm hehe. ; )

I'm reading the dune trilogy book and then i'm going to watch the shows at a later stage. just to see what it is like to differenciate my image of what it's like in my head and what it's like on screen.
i read the lord of the rings before it came out and i had largely different expectations of what it was like in some parts.
